About Us

Selly Green are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions, comments or complaints please email us at enquiry@sellygreen.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond to you within five working days.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product pages, and click the 'add to cart' button for any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the "view cart" to checkout. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We currently only accept orders with delivery addresses in the UK. If you wish to order from another country, e-mail us for a quote.

We accept the following credit and debit card payments via paypal.com: MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, American Express, Switch and Solo. You can also pay by cheque.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is calculated by the cost of the total order. You will be able to see your final shipping cost before you confirm your order.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally despatch your order within five business days but the delivery lead time will vary depending on where you live and which carrier we use. When your order is despatched we will obtain a proof of postage. If our courier/royal mail is unable to deliver your order and return the goods to us you will be required to pay a second delivery charge before we can re-send your parcel.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption (they are not held in clear text on any web site). Credit card details are not received by Selly Green and are not stored with your order details. Any information for processing payments (e.g. credit card numbers) are processed by Paypal.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Just let us know within 7 working days (starting from the day after receipt of your order) if you do not wish to keep it, and we will refund your money within 30 days. Please return the products in their original packaging to: Customer Services Returns Department,118 Gristhorpe Road, Birmingham, England, B29 7SL. Enclose a quick note to tell us why you have chosen to return them. If you do not return your order (whilst trying to obtain a refund) we may collect the goods and deduct to cost from your refund.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Any information given at time of ordering is used by Selly Green to process your order and may be used by us to contact you in the future.
